How to choose a castanet size
In the professional range, castanet measurements vary depending on the design and you should remember that as this is a handmade item, the measurements may vary by a few millimetres.
For the entry-level (Amateur) and semi-professional concert ranges:
- Size 6: Less than 7 cm (Small)
- Size 4: Between 7 cm and 9 cm (Medium)
- Size 2: More than 9 cm (Large)

- Size 7: Less than 7 cm (Small)
- Size 5: Between 7 cm and 9 cm (Medium)
