Warranty and Returns
All of the castanets purchased on the castanuelasdelsur.com website
have a 5 year warranty.
The period during which the customer can assert their right of withdrawal or return is 1 monthfrom the reception date of the product(s). Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Only products in new condition will be accepted with the tag and in their original case.
Castañuelasdelsur.com reserves the right to reject returns with no identification number, in bad condition, with the product used and without the original case of each product. We recommend that you save the receipt that your transport or mail agency has given you, castañuelasdelsur.com will not be responsible in case of loss or damage during transport.
