These castanets are made with natural Granadillo wood. This type of wood is of African origin and gives the castanet a fine and harmonic sound which manages to surprise its listeners. You must keep in mind that being natural wood, you may find that the castanets are not completely uniform and the grain pattern will be distinct on each one.
They are engraved with our brand: CASTAÑUELAS DEL SUR.
The professional brown granadilllo wood castanets are made with a normal soundbox and with a point. You can personalise them by selecting the colour of the strings and the case which accompany the castanets. Regarding the case, it should be noted that they are handcrafted with faux leather, fleece lining and metal clasps.
